1. Consultation Bookings
- Once a consultation session is successfully booked and payment is made, it is non-refundable.
- If you cannot attend your booked session, you may reschedule it (see below).
2. Rescheduling Policy
- You may reschedule a session at least 24 hours before the appointment time without any extra charges.
- Requests made within 24 hours of the session may not be accommodated.
3. Missed Sessions / No-Show
- If you miss your scheduled session without prior notice, the session fee is non-refundable.
- A new booking will be required for another consultation.
4. Technical Issues
- If a consultation cannot be conducted due to technical problems on our side, we will reschedule at no additional cost.
- If the issue is on the client’s side (internet, device, etc.), the session is considered attended.
5. Special Circumstances
- In rare cases (e.g., double payment, booking error), a refund may be processed after review.
- All refund requests must be sent via our Contact Page or email within 7 days of the issue.
6. Digital Products (E-books, Guides, Downloads)
- All digital product sales are final and non-refundable due to the nature of instant delivery.
- If you experience any issue accessing or downloading your product, please contact us and we will provide assistance.
7. Physical Products
- We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Due to health and safety reasons, opened or used items cannot be returned.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.
- We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.
9. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business day, depending on your bank/payment provider.
